Lab Users Group

The lab users group meet every three months to discuss lab related issues such as maintenance of instrumentation, waste disposal etc. A Chairperson oversees that issues are acted upon. Each lab user is responsible for fulfilling an action from the minutes of the meeting and must report their progress at the next meeting. Health and Safety within the lab environment is paramount and must be adhered to at all times, therefore each lab user is responsible for reporting any health and safety issues that arise immediately to other lab users, the Head of Research and to the Health and Safety officer.
